How to apply for correcting data and duplicate result card of Tanzeem ul Madaris

Tanzeem ul Madaris Ahle Sunnat is a board of education working with over 15,000 Sunni madrassas across Pakistan. It was established in 1960 in Lahore and is affiliated with the Barelvi movement within Sunni Islam. The central office of Tanzeem ul Madaris is located at 8-Ravi Park, Ravi Road, Lahore.

The institution provides education in Islamic studies, Arabic, and other related subjects. The examinations conducted by Tanzeem ul Madaris are recognized by Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission.

The courses offered by Tanzeem ul Madaris include:

• Hifz-o-Tajveed: Memorization and proper pronunciation of the Quran.
• Aamma Khassa: General Specialization.
• Tafseer: Interpretation of the Quran.
• Darse-Nizami: A traditional study curriculum including Arabic Grammar, Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), Hadith (sayings of Prophet Muhammad), and many other Islamic sciences.

These exams have been divided into six stages by Tanzeem Ul Madaris: Mutawastaa, Aamma, Khassa, Aaliyah, Aalmiyah, and Thakhasus.

Terms and Conditions

Regulation of correcting result card

1. Application on the letter pad of the concerned institution
2. Copy of Identity Card or B Form or Copy of Matriculation (Board) Certificate
3. Original Result Card
4. Receipt of fees paid
5. Students should send a copy of their identity card in which Father’s name is mentioned along with their names. An identity card with husband’s name will not be accepted.
6. In case of a clerical error(Office), you can get your record corrected free of charge within one month. Later it will be necessary to pay the fee as per regulation.
7. If the record of students is correct in primary level i.e. aamma and khassa then there is no need for newspaper advertisement and stamp paper. Copy of Primary Result Card only as proof Must be sent. If false on aamma and correct on other result cards. So according to the conditions newspaper advertisement stamp paper and an official proof will be necessary.
8. Newspaper slip of correct name (Newspaper slip is not necessary for additional and supplementary words or titles. B form or ID card copy is necessary for correctness of date of birth.
9. Note: In case of a change of full name and Affidavit on stamp paper approved by Oath Commissioner and an FRC form from NADRA is also required.

Regulation for Issuance of Duplicate Result Card

1. Missing newspaper clipping
2. Application on the letter pad of the concerned institution (must write roll number and year of examination).
3. Receipt of paid fees.
4. Copy of Identity Card/B Form

Fees schedule of Duplicate result card and correction card

1. Mutawasta / Tajweed o Qirat ( متوسطہ / تجوید قرأت)

• Normal fee: Rs = 250
• Urgent fee: Rs = 450

2. Aamma 1 years and 2nd year (درجہ عامہ سال اول اور سال دوم)

• Normal fee: Rs = 400
• Urgent fee: Rs = 600

3. Khassa 1 year and 2nd year ( درجہ خاصہ سال اول اور سال دوم)

• Normal fee: Rs = 500
• Urgent fee: Rs = 700

4. Aaliyah 1 year and 2nd year ( درجہ عالیہ سال اول اور سال دوم)

• Normal fee: Rs = 600
• Urgent fee: Rs = 800

5. Aalmiyah 1st year and 2nd year ( درجہ عالمیہ سال اول اور سال دوم)

• Normal fee: Rs = 750
• Urgent fee: Rs = 950

6. Takhassus fil fiqh 1 year and 2nd year ( تخصص فی الفقہ سال اول اور سال دوم)

• Normal fee : Rs = 1000
• Urgent fee : Rs = 1200

How to pay fee

You have to go to UBL Bank and take the challan form from the bank manager, just like when we deposit the payment in any bank account, we take the bank challan form for that, which is the bank account number (0161-200636452) IBAN number: PK76UNIL0109000200636452 of the Tanzeem ul Madaris. After giving the details, we have to pay all the fees and take the receipt.
