Rules and regulations

1. Application Form for Verification of Result Card and asnaad or NOC must be sent to kanzul madaris board after getting it verified by your institution.
2. No one is allowed to come to the actual Kanzul Madaris Board for verification of result cards and credentials or obtaining NOC. (Rather original Result Card + Certificates and 2, 2 photocopies of both, should be sent to Kanzul Madaris Board by good courier service and the courier receipt should be preserved for timely reference. On your behalf in case of non-receipt of the sent mail, Kanzul Madaris Board will not be responsible.)
3. Candidates who require a matriculation permit from IBCC should attach the following documents with this form. (i) Original result card of Aamma II + certificate (ii) 2, 2 photocopies of result card of Khassa II + certificate (iii) Filled application form of IBCC
4. Certificate verification is suspended on result card verification. Therefore, to get the certificate verified, both the result cards of this class (1st + 2nd year) must be sent for verification.
5. NOC fee is Rs.500, original result card + certificate verification fee is Rs.200 per result card and per certificate, while photocopy of result card + certificate verification fee is Rs.10 per photocopy.
6. Documents or NOC attested by the Board of Madrasas will be sent through courier service during working days. So be sure to enter your complete postal address along with your contact number in the postal address column below. Kanzul Madaris Board will not be responsible if the postal address is not correct.
7. (Note: Students should enter the contact number of their guardian or mahram in the contact number column.)
8. Verification and NOC fee must be deposited in the given bank account along with the receipt along with this form
