HOW TO SUBMIT ADMISSION FORM FOR BOYS AND GIRLS:

1. Download the Form:

• The first step is to download the Admission form.

2. Print the Form:

• If you receive the form in print format, make sure it’s clear and legible. Check for any missing sections or errors.

3. Required documents for Boys and Girls:

1. For Boys: Passport-Size Photo: Attach 2 recent passport-size photos to the designated area using glue. please do not use a stapler. Place the thumb of the left hand.
2. For Girls: Please signature the sample column۔ Place the thumb on the right-hand۔
3. For Boys and Girls: please attach the student bay form / Cnic card photocopies. Also, 1 attached is Father’s CNIC photocopy. please also attach your last education result card/certificate/ Mark sheet etc photocopy.
4. AGE: According to the identity card or bay form, the age of students should be at least 13 years.

For Boys:

1. Passport size: 2 recent pictures required size on admission form
2. Student bay form / CNIC photocopy.
3. Father CNIC photocopy.
4. Your last education document is a mark sheet/result card/certificate.

For Girls:

1. Student bay form / CNIC photocopy.
2. Father CNIC photocopy.
3. Your last education document is a mark sheet/result card/certificate.

6. How to submit the admission fee?

Follow these steps:

1. First of all, you submit a fee to your Jamiya principal.
2. Otherwise, You have to go to UBL Bank and take the challan form from the bank manager, just like when we deposit the payment in any bank account, we take the bank challan form for that, which is the bank account number (0161-200636452) of the Tanzeem ul Madaris. After giving the details, we have to pay all the fees and take the receipt.
